Certain patios and balconies have outdoor storage space, pool views, and patios with direct access to the community grounds. The open spaces extend throughout the community, with tree lined streets and meticulously landscaped grounds. Lots of people talking walks, jogs etc and walking their dogs. I can Get to work on Lemmon Avenue in a decent amount of time even without using the toll roads. Shopping centers are lovely and great schools too! Clean and well maintained for a mix of apartments and homes. I enjoy living here. The houses are spacious but the yards are small and therefore easy to maintain.

I also would be interested in a very clean quite place". Kids have lemonade stands, sidewalk activities and games, families sit in the front lawn and watch the kids play and are friendly with people passing by. They do what normal teens do but no bad crimes.

Apartments in this area also do not really accommodate dogs. But you have to walk to the end of the block for decent grass. No close dog parks. Dog park nearby. Not much traffic in the neighborhoods. The the top rated plano schools and highly rated private schools are literally less than 5 miles from you.

The neighborhood could not be any nicer. Location is by far the best when you need to be able to travel all over the metroplex and make it to either airport in 30 minutes or less.

The schools where wonderful for my children. One child in private school and the other in public and it was easily doable in this far north dallas location.
